Parking at North Memorial
Patient and visitor parking is available in the hospital parking ramp, which you may enter from Oakdale Avenue. Spaces have been designated for handicapped parking on all levels of this ramp. Motorcycles and bicycles may be parked in the designated area just inside the hospital parking ramp. The medical center has limited spaces available for large vehicles that are unable to park in the ramp. Contact the Parking Office at (763) 520-4858 for any other parking questions or concerns.

The Parking Office accepts cash and checks payable to North Memorial. We do not accept credit cards. A cash machine is available on the plaza level of the atrium, next to the hospital parking ramp.
Discount Parking Options
FREE PARKING is available in the Terrace Mall parking lot, located a few blocks from the medical center. A North Memorial shuttle bus carries passengers to and from the parking lot every 10 minutes between the hours of 5:30 - 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 - 5:30 p.m. and every 15 minutes between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

TOKENOTES sold in groups of 4 for $10 may be purchased in the Parking Office at any time of the day. Hand the Tokenote to the cashier when leaving or insert it into the self-pay machine in the right hand lane. Tokenotes do not expire, can be shared with others and may be used at the hospital or Oakdale Medical Building Ramp.
$4 Per Day Discount Passes are available for extended visits of 3 or more days at the Parking Office at any time of the day. The pass allows visitors to come and go throughout the day. This pass may be used at the hospital ramp. If it is necessary to leave the ramp after 11 PM Monday - Friday or after 9 PM Saturday - Sunday, stop at the Parking Office before leaving. A Security Officer will give you a Tokenote to place in the self-pay machine.
Valet Parking
A parking attendant is available to park your car at no charge if you are bringing a patient to the Emergency Department. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Friday, through Monday; and 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Parking Safety
When you park a vehicle, remove cellular phones, portable electronics and other valuable possessions. Do not leave gift-wrapped packages or cameras lying on the seat. Lock all valuables where they are out of sight or take them with you. North Memorial is not responsible for stolen items or damage to your vehicle.
North Memorial Security Officers are on duty 24 hours a day to respond to emergencies and to escort patients and visitors to and from the parking ramp or to the shuttle lot after 5:30 p.m. Please call (763) 520-5642 if you would like an escort.
