Approach To Care
Dr. Renee Burk, a board certified nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of experience, is committed to clinical excellence. Much of her time in practice has been spent caring for the most vulnerable people in society including the elderly and children with chronic conditions.
Dr. Burk works to understand her customer’s health issues from his/her point of view, and together they establish a plan of care with appropriate goals. This includes providing education and up-to-date information on treatment options. She believes in respecting a person’s dignity, encouraging autonomy, building maximal skills and functional ability, while also promoting comfort.
