Approach To Care
Dr. Eichenbaum is dedicated to helping customers use their unique strengths to achieve their personal recovery goals. She uses empirically supported practices (psychological assessments and treatments that have been proven effective through research) because these approaches offer the best opportunity for recovery.
Dr. Eichenbaum enjoys working with individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions, as well as customers who have experienced physical or emotional trauma including traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, and acute and chronic health challenges (e.g., diabetes, cancer, multiple sclerosis, substance use). She is passionate about working as part of interdisciplinary medical and rehabilitation teams, providing customer-centered care that treats the whole person.

Trained in evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, prolonged exposure for PTSD, mind-body approaches, and cognitive rehabilitation, Dr. Eichenbaum also has a background in empirically supported psychological and neurocognitive assessment.
In her free time, Dr. Eichenbaum enjoys music, art, comedy, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog. She caught the travel bug early in life and is always planning her next big trip.
