Abigail Gilgenbach is a licensed clinical social worker who is committed to providing customer-centered care focused on the immediate needs and concerns of individuals and families. She believes in empowering others by teaching acceptance as well as skills to cope with symptoms of anxiety, mood disorders and stressful life events.
Abigail is interested in dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, group psychotherapy and assisting those who are struggling with emotional dysregulation, interpersonal stress, suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-injurious behavior.
