Staying true to her social work roots, Anne Horgan provides a non-judgmental, accepting and optimistic setting in which she will work collaboratively toward realistic goals, both short and long term. Her goal is to create a genuine experience and relationship between herself and the customer.
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Anne has immersed herself in various settings within the community of mental health to expand her knowledge base and treatment approach. She provides an individualized approach, using elements including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mind body and mindfulness, Strengths-based and Positive Psychology.

Anne Horgan is a proud mother of two boys, two dogs and a cat. She enjoys being active, preferably outdoors, and is fueled by nature and its beauty. She has a passion for creating and expressing herself through art and cooking.
Anne knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career in the social work field. Her determination to exceed goals can be demonstrated personally through her participation in softball, starting at the Division I level and quickly excelling to the professional fastpitch level. She shares this same drive and passion within her practice, while working with individuals striving to become their best and achieve their goals, no matter how large they may appear.
