Approach To Care
Courtney Jacobsen believes that meeting customers where they are is central to the healing process. She is comfortable collaborating with customers to develop both short and long term goals that support their recovery process.
Courtney has 7 years of experience working with adults facing Serious and Persistent Mental Illness, across varied settings including case management and crisis work. She is comfortable in completing risk assessment regarding suicidal ideation and takes a compassionate approach to customers experiencing significant symptoms.

Courtney spends most of her free time playing with her two dogs, camping, exploring State and National Parks, and reading. She enjoys spending weekends on Lake Mille Lacs in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
