Approach To Care
Faith Jaeger has a gentle, kind and empathetic approach to care. She validates what she hears as she listens with earnestness and interest. She is professional, insightful, direct and exudes a calming presence in crisis and a motivating encouraging presence (when needed) after crisis.
Faith has a breadth of experience with complicated, serious and persistent diagnosis. Narrative Therapy is her favorite tool in helping others understand and find courage to re-author their story to increase their quality of life.

Faith is married and has 4 children and 6 grandchildren (3 of whom were born outside of the U.S.). She enjoys living across cultures and spent 13 humbling years living in West Africa, walking alongside people whose lives have been overrun with depression, anxiety, chronic suffering, personality disorders, relational dysfunction and disorganized thinking. Faith owned and established Moravian Meadows which incorporated therapy and horses (dogs, cats) in Equine Assisted Growth. Her faith in God sustains and guides her.
