Childbirth and Parenting Preparation | Five-Night Class

Class dates: October 25, November 1, 8, 15 & 29, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
No class on November 22

This class is for expectant parents who have not previously taken a childbirth class. It is recommended to complete this class by your 36th week of pregnancy. This in-person class is offered on Wednesday evenings as a five-night series.

• Labor Process
• Birthing Options
• Cesarean Birth
• Breathing, Relaxation and Labor Support Role
• Newborn Care
• Adjustments to New Role as Parents
• Delivery at Maple Grove Hospital

A tour of the Family Birth Center is included in the class.

An in-person weekend format of this class is available as well as our online Understanding Birth & Your Newborn course.
