Hospice Memory Tree

The North Memorial Heath Hospice Team invites you to our annual celebration of life service for those who passed away while receiving hospice care in 2022. The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required. Please register yourself and all guests through the registration form at the bottom of this webpage.
Event Schedule
- 4:00 p.m. Doors open. Social gathering with light refreshments.
- 5:00 p.m. Program with readings and remembrance slideshow.
- 6:00 p.m. Program and event concludes.
Remembrance Slideshow
The program will include a remembrance slideshow that will feature photos of those who we’re honoring. If you’d like your loved one to be included in the slideshow, please submit a single photo to memorytree@northmemorial.com. Along with the photo, please include their name, year of birth and year of death.
Donations to Hospice
Our hospice program is second to none, serving nearly 1000 families each year. When you donate to our hospice program you are helping our patients, caregivers and their families navigate the critical, final stages of their lives. Your gifts provide music therapy, animal-assisted therapy, grief support groups, and allow us to host this annual Memory Tree event. Support hospice by donating below.
