- How pre-diabetes develops and how you can slow or prevent the progression to diabetes
- Meal planning and food product information
- Strategies for eating out and increasing activity levels
- Identifying personal barriers and setting goals for making lifestyle changes

We offer this class on the second Tuesday of each month, and class times are from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
