Ambiguous Loss Support Group

Group of adults in a cirlce reading outloud

Loss is an experience that we all have in common, however, some losses are difficult to define or can be confusing. Ambiguous losses hold uncertainty and questions. This support group will focus on living with the uncertainty that often accompanies loss. This group may be useful to those whose loved ones have been afflicted by dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or other chronic illnesses. All kinds of loss experiences are welcome (loss does not need to be related to death).

This group meets every Thursday for 7 weeks and is facilitated by Janet Yeats, Marriage & Family Therapist.
