Stepping ON is a 7-week workshop led by healthcare professionals that meets for two hours a week, where you will learn exercises and strategies to help prevent you from falling. Falling is not a normal part of aging and preventing falls can help keep seniors in their homes and independent. The Stepping ON program has been researched and proven to reduce falls in older people.

Stepping ON is designed specifically for anyone who is 65 or older, has had a fall in the past year, is fearful of falling, lives independently and does not have dementia. This is a 7-week workshop starting on January 16, 2018 that meets for two hours a week, every Tuesday, where you will learn exercises and strategies to help prevent you from falling.
Cost of this workshop is $10.00. Anyone unable to pay, please note at registration.
