Our Fall 2022 group is full. Please check back early 2023 for our upcoming group.
It’s been shown that creative expression is a powerful tool for well-being—it can reduce stress and create happiness. This in-person grief group will support your emotional healing through conversation, art and creative expression. No artistic talent needed, and supplies will be provided.
