Pre-Diabetes Class (Virtual)

Event Information

This virtual, two-hour comprehensive class will include:

  • How pre-diabetes develops and how you can slow or prevent the progression to diabetes
  • Meal planning and food product information
  • Strategies for eating out and increasing activity levels
  • Identifying personal barriers and setting goals for making lifestyle changes

We offer this class on the second Tuesday of each month, and class times are from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
