Class topics include childbirth and parenting preparation, breastfeeding, and becoming a sibling. We also provide tours of North Memorial Health Family Birth Center – Maple Grove Hospital and host a weekly Mommy & Me group.
Our Mommy & Me support group meets every Wednesday from 1:30-3:00 p.m. in the Maple Grove Medical Center, attached to North – Maple Grove Hospital.

Class dates: December 14 & 15. This class is for expectant parents who have not previously taken a childbirth class. It is recommended to complete this class by your 36th week of pregnancy.
