It’s that time of year again! The 9th annual Light the Grove event is on December 6th , from 5 – 7 p.m., which is just around the corner! Hosted by Maple Grove Hospital, Light the Grove is an indoor and outdoor holiday event for Maple Grove and the surrounding area community as well as for team members to enjoy. This event offers free entertainment for the whole family! For those who like the cold weather there are activities for you outside and for those who enjoy staying cozy, there are plenty of things to do indoors. This year we have some past favorite activities as well as new activities to experience.
Here are the top 5 reasons to attend Light the Grove.

1. Indoor and Outdoor Photo Ops

Check “take a photo with Santa” off your to-do list. Inside Maple Grove Hospital we’ll have Santa ready to take pictures with the kiddos! You’ll even get to take home a digital and physical copy of the picture – for free! After taking a picture with Ol’ Saint Nick, make sure to say “hi” to his reindeer outside.

Added Bonus: Take a picture with Viktory, our Viking Ship!

2. Horse-drawn Trolley Ride

One of our classic Light the Grove activities is back this year! Sit back, relax and breath in the crisp winter air while being drawn by horse. Take a lap on the horse-drawn trolley ride outside of Maple Grove Hospital.
