The North Memorial Health Advantage

  • We have extensive experience in traditional emergency and out-of-hospital care. Paramedic training armed us with quality medical knowledge and a deft touch with entering your space with care and respect.
  • We meet you in your home, office, or any place convenient for you.
  • We combine personal attention with hospital-grade technology for the best of both worlds.
  • We connect with your care team, and also connect you with other community resources—pharmacy, medical equipment, visiting services, and more.
  • We’ve already seen solid results since the program’s inception: Our customers are in the emergency department less, and are not calling for ambulances or being admitted to the hospital as often. They also are seeing their primary care providers more reliably and are taking their medications or managing chronic conditions more effectively.
