Schedule a North Memorial Health primary care virtual visit
Speak with a provider in real time in a virtual visit to assess your primary care symptoms and connect you with the care you need.
Virtual visits are conducted over video and are available for acute medical conditions, chronic conditions, Medicare annual wellness visits and more. Virtual visits are available five days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with select North Memorial Health Clinic family medicine or internal medicine providers.
To participate in a virtual visit, you will need the following:
- Access to the internet from a private/secured source
- A home computer or mobile device
- Camera and microphone on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone)

Additionally, you must be a current North Memorial Health patient, age 18 or over, who will be in Minnesota at the time of your visit.

Schedule a North Memorial Health specialty care virtual visit
Speak with a provider in real time in a virtual visit to assess your symptoms and connect you with the care you need.
Virtual visits are conducted over video and are available five days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with select specialty care teams including Concierge Medicine, Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Heart and Vascular, and Rheumatology.
To participate in a virtual visit, you will need the following:

Start a North Memorial Health e-visit in MyChart
A certified provider receives and reviews your information and symptoms to provide a diagnosis that is unique to your care needs.
Get a diagnosis, treatment plan and prescription within 24 hours.
- E-visits in MyChart should only be used to request treatment for non-urgent conditions such as cough, red eye, urinary problems, heartburn, diarrhea, sinus problems, vaginal discharge/irritation, or skin concerns. If you have an urgent need to see a medical provider, please contact your clinic by phone. For medical emergencies, please call 911 immediately.
- Available seven days a week from 8 a.m. -7 p.m. through MyChart.
Payment and Insurance
- A $54 fee will be pre-authorized on your credit card but only applied if a health condition is diagnosed and treated online. Payment is required upon diagnosis.
- North Memorial Health does not submit e-visit in MyChart bills to your insurance. Insurance reimbursement varies by plan.

We offer in person visits for a wide range of specialties including Cancer/Oncology, Heart and Vascular, Infectious Disease, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Podiatry, Rheumatology, and more.
