Who can book this visit
- Only available to patients who have seen a North Memorial Health provider in the past three years
- Ages 12+
- Must be located within Minnesota at the time of your visit

- Not for ongoing care needs or follow-ups

Urgent Care
Because getting sick rarely happens at a convenient time, our Urgent Care and Urgency Center locations are ready when you need us. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., we offer diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, such as:
- Abdominal pain
- Cough, flu and sinus infection
- Difficult or painful urination
- Dizziness
- Earaches
- Foreign body removal
- Headache
- Laceration repair
- Minor burns
- Minor eye injuries, infections and irritations
- Muscle aches and pains
- Palpitations
- Pediatric illnesses and injuries
- Pneumonia, bronchitis and asthma exacerbation
- Rash and poison ivy
- Sore throats
- Superficial abscesses
- Sports injuries
- Sprains, fracture and dislocations

Emergency room
Our doors are open day or night, any day of the year at Robbinsdale Hospital and Maple Grove Hospital. Go to an emergency room or call 911 if you are experiencing:
- Chest pain or chest heaviness
- Shortness of breath
- Loss of consciousness
- Facial arm/leg weakness
- Slurred speech
- Confusion
- Sudden or severe pain
- Serious cuts or burns
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Sudden severe headache
- Feelings of doom
- Suicidal feelings
- Severe allergic reaction
