This class helps prepare you for successful breastfeeding. It is recommended to take this class between your 28th and 36th week of pregnancy.

In this class, children from 3 – 7 years old will have an opportunity to explore their new role through storytelling, activities and a visit to the Family Birth Center.

Class dates: March 25, April 1, 8, 15 & 22. This class is for expectant parents who have not previously taken a childbirth class. It is recommended to take this class in your third trimester, completing the class by your 36th week of pregnancy.

Class dates: March 9, 16, 23, 30 & April 6. This class is for expectant parents who have not previously taken a childbirth class. It is recommended to take this class in your third trimester, completing the class by your 36th week of pregnancy.

Class dates: March 28-29. This class is for expectant parents who have not previously taken a childbirth class. It is recommended to take this class in your third trimester, completing the class by your 36th week of pregnancy.
