2025 Memory Tree Event
The North Memorial Health Hospice Team invites you to our annual celebration of life service for those who passed away while receiving hospice care in the last year. The event, hosted at Rush Creek Golf Club Opens in new window in Maple Grove on May 19, is free but please register all guests attending.
Doors open at 4:00 p.m. for refreshments and fellowship with a program following at 4:45 p.m.

To honor those we’ve lost this past year, we invite you to share a photo for our remembrance slideshow. If you’d like your loved one to be in the slideshow, please submit a single photo to memorytree@northmemorial.com by Friday, May 9. Along with the photo, please include their full name, year of birth, and date of death.
