Through our PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program, we offer a full-range of experiences in the following areas:

Additional resident opportunities:

  • Serve as preceptor to pharmacy students on rotation from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy

Pharmacy Services

North Memorial Health Hospital’s Department of Pharmacy Services utilizes a decentralized model to provide care in the inpatient setting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Department clinical services include, but are not limited to:

  • Antibiotic stewardship
  • Multi-disciplinary rounds
  • Parenteral nutrition management
  • Pharmacokinetic management of aminoglycosides and vancomycin
  • Renal dose adjustment
  • Therapeutic interchange
  • Transition of care consults
