Employment Physicals
North Memorial Health offers a variety of types of employment physical exams, including:
- DOT physicals
- Pre-employment physicals
- Employment physicals
- Dive physicals*
*Dive physicals must be scheduled ahead of time at 763-581-0900. We do not accept walk-in appointments for dive physicals.
