Welcome

From our entire staff, welcome to North Memorial Clinic - Northeast Family Physicians. We have been your neighbors for more than 50 years, and have enjoyed every minute of it. During that time, we've seen your lives become busier and more complex. So we have made every effort to offer complete medical care for you in a place that is convenient for you - right in your neighborhood. It's also why we've installed an electronic medical record system, a tool that helps us customize a preventive care schedule for you. With this system, we can help remind you when it's time for your physical or your child's next immunization. These are just a few ways we've changed how we approach caring for you as your life has changed
