Ambulance Services Re-Accredited

North Memorial Health’s Ambulance Services received a perfect score during an independent external review this past March, resulting in a 3-year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS). We’ve held this accreditation since 1995 and are the only ambulance service in Minnesota to hold it.

The accreditation means we’ve met the “gold standard” within the ambulance industry for operational efficiency and risk reduction and more importantly, it’s a reminder of our commitment to providing the best care to you and your patients. Our Ambulance Service is also ISO9001 certified.

New Ambulance Bases

Brainerd

Our two facilities in Brainerd have been consolidated into one, larger building for more streamlined ambulance services in the area. You will see the Gary Pearson facility, named after a team member, at 7588 Industrial Park Road, Baxter, MN.

Spooner

On April 1, our Spooner Ambulance Services moved to a new location at 305 Roundhouse Road, Spooner, WI. This facility provides significant upgrades and its proximity helps reduce response times.
