  1. Confirming your health insurance coverage and requirements after our team member has verified bariatric surgery benefits with your insurance plan.
  2. Completing the initial clinic consultation and medical evaluation.
  3. Completing consultations with the Bariatric care team (nurse coordinator, dietitian, psychologist, pharmacist, and surgeon) as well as additional testing as needed (endoscopy, lab work, sleep study, etc.).
  4. Scheduling your surgery and developing a recovery plan.
