While our urgent care clinics and emergency departments both provide immediate care for symptoms that can’t wait, it’s helpful to know what can be treated at each location to reduce wait times and get you the care you need when you need it.

- Superficial abscesses
- Urinary symptoms

Emergency Care
Our doors are open day or night, any day of the year for symptoms such as:
- Abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting
- Burns
- Chest pain
- Diabetes/ blood sugar concerns
- Difficulty breathing
- Flank pain
- Headache, dizziness, or fainting
- Head injury
- Stroke
- Uncontrolled bleeding

Virtual Urgent Care
Call 763-581-CARE or log in to MyChart to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment to speak with a provider over a secure video connection on your computer or mobile device.
Virtual urgent care visits are only available to established primary care patients.

- Athletes foot and fungal infections
- Breast infection
- COVID and influenza
- Emergency contraception
- Head lice
- Heartburn, diarrhea, vomiting, and constipation
- Motion sickness
- Pink eye and stye
- Sinus, upper respiratory, and cough
- Skin concerns, rash, acne, and insect bites
- Sore throat
- STI screening
- UTI symptoms
- Vaginal discharge/irritation
Please note: We can only offer virtual urgent care visits to current North Memorial Health patients ages 12 or over who will be in Minnesota at the time of their visit. A MyChart account is required to conduct the virtual visit. Sign up for MyChart.
