Personal
Anna is a wife and mother, with a busy household of two children, two dogs and a cat. She enjoys time outdoors all year round, traveling and teaching barre classes in addition to having a private practice. Exercise has brought so much joy to her life, and she works to make time to move her body daily whether it be to walk her dogs, take adventures with her kids or paddleboard in the summers.
