Approach To Care

Dr. Gulden is a licensed psychologist with interests in treating depression, anxiety, eating disorders and interpersonal trauma. She is experienced in working with sexual abuse/assault survivors, individuals struggling with eating disorders, and veterans overcoming substance use.

Dr. Gulden is dedicated to helping patients mindfully navigate the complex process of healing and creating meaningful life changes that positively impact overall well-being. Her additional interests include mind-body interventions (biofeedback, meditation, mindfulness), cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology interventions, and group psychotherapy.

Dr. Gulden enjoys running, yoga, gardening, photography and spending time with her family.
