Approach To Care

Dr. Herrick prioritizes listening to her patients, using shared decision making to design treatment approaches derived from scientific evidence that meet patients’ needs.

She has expertise in treating diabetes and a broad range of thyroid, pituitary and adrenal conditions. Additionally, she has extensive experience providing gender affirming hormone therapy for adults using an informed consent model as recommended by the Endocrine Society and World Professional Association for Transgender Health.

Working together with all members of the healthcare team, she strives to help patients achieve their health goals and best outcomes.

I believe everyone deserves compassionate, accessible, affirming, evidence-based medical care.
