Greta Hokanson is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota with a doctorate in nursing practice degree. While new to family practice, she has worked as an acute care nurse for the past 8 years.
Greta is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with special interests in health promotion and disease prevention throughout the entire lifespan, women’s health, and diabetes management. Her approach to healthcare includes working together with individuals and families to provide holistic, evidence-based care.

Greta was born and raised in Minnesota. Outside of work, she loves to travel with her husband, spend time with family (she is a proud auntie of five nieces and nephews, including triplets!), listening to true crime podcasts while walking her dog, Luna, reading, and baking.
