Approach To Care

Beth Johnson has spent over a decade working alongside individuals and families, creating the best, healthiest versions of themselves in this moment, and the moments moving forward. She has developed an integrative, holistic approach to care that is informed by behavioral, cognitive, family systems, stages of change, development and attachment theories.

Her areas of clinical focus include individuals and families struggling with addiction, chemical dependency, depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts or struggles, grief and loss, severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, and the LGBTQ community.

Personal

Originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota, Beth Johnson now considers Minnesota her home away from home. She enjoys the varied cultural experiences the Twin Cities offers, from the wide array of culinary delights to the artistic offerings of festivals and theaters. She also enjoys traveling with her family to explore new destinations or find relaxing hikes with her dogs.
