As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Deirdre provides skillful and compassionate care to all clients. She has over 10 years of experience in teaching nutrition, wellness, and self-management skills to clients in both face-to-face and telehealth encounters.
Deirdre understands the challenges of daily life and can help you balance healthy eating amidst your busy schedules. Food is something that is so personal to all of us, and should contribute to, not complicate, our lives. She can help create your own individualized plan to fit you and your unique nutritional needs.
As a registered dietitian, Deirdre enjoys keeping up with the latest nutrition research studies and as an education specialist, she enjoys communicating this information to her clients through discussions during appointments. Deirdre aims to help you understand the “why” behind her recommendations, so you are empowered to make your own healthy decisions going forward.
