Austin is passionate about working with any patients who are interested in being more fit. His patients don’t need to be an athlete but striving to push themselves back to where they were, or even further.
Austin loves to stay active and continues to train in sprint running and lifting, including Olympic lifts. Austin strives to never say, “sorry I can’t do that” in any activity with friends or family.
Austin will always be your advocate and motivate his patients to become better physically, and the mindset it takes to achieve that.

Personal
Austin enjoys an active lifestyle and frequently pursues activities that include challenging himself. On a daily basis, he frequents the gym and is a regular runner. When given the opportunity, he always enjoys snowboarding, 4-wheeling, and other outdoor activities.
Austin is from North Dakota but has frequently visited Minneapolis in the past as he has one brother who lives here. He was drawn to Minneapolis following years of travel physical therapy by his now wife, Keyona, who has been living and working here.
Austin grew up playing soccer, football, and running the 100m and 200m in track. He was drawn to PT out of curiosity of how and why we perform various exercises to improve and rehabbing from injuries back to normal life. Austin’s goal is to ensure everyone can stay active and live the life they choose.
