Approach To Care
Ryan Sorenson’s approach to therapy is centered in the belief that relationships can play a central role in helping to face challenges and finding effective and meaningful ways to respond to them. He seeks to empower customers to identify and pursue their values in their lives, and to use this direction to develop and maintain healthy coping strategies. Ryan’s work involves providing compassion, honest feedback, creativity in finding solutions, as well as humor to achieve the goals we set out to accomplish together. He is eager to work with those who are engaged in taking the course of creating change.

Personal
Ryan enjoys several activities in his free time including running, playing golf, and most of all spending time with family. He also loves to read a variety of non-fiction books and tries to find time to work on home improvement projects. He is an avid Timberwolves fan as well.
