Breastfeeding Class

This in-person class helps prepare you for successful breastfeeding. In this class, we discuss how to determine if your baby is getting enough milk, correct positioning and latch of the baby, and how to pump and store breast milk. We also share tips for mom’s care and suggestions on how to get support people involved.

It is recommended to take this class between your 28th and 36th week of pregnancy.

• Breastfeeding lifestyle and potential hurdles
• Breast-feeding support
