2025 Memory Tree Event
The North Memorial Health Hospice Team invites you to our Memory Tree event to celebrate, remember and honor loved ones we’ve lost. The event, hosted at Rush Creek Golf Club Opens in new window in Maple Grove on May 19, is free but please register all guests attending.
Doors open at 4:00 p.m. for refreshments and fellowship with a program following at 4:45 p.m.

We invite you to share a photo of your loved one for our remembrance slideshow. If you’d like your loved one recognized during the event, please submit a favorite photo to memorytree@northmemorial.com by Friday, May 9. Along with the photo, please include their full name, year of birth, and date of death.
