2024 Memory Tree Event
The North Memorial Heath Hospice Team invites you to our annual celebration of life service for those who passed away while receiving hospice care in 2023. The event is free, and all are welcome to attend.
Event Details
- When: Thursday, June 6, 2024
- Doors open: 4:00 pm
- Program begins: 4:45 pm
- Where: Rush Creek Golf Club, 7801 County Road 101, Maple Grove, MN
Remembrance Slideshow
The program will include a remembrance slideshow that will feature photos of those who we’re honoring.
If you’d like your loved one to be included in the slideshow, please submit a single photo to memorytree@northmemorial.com by Thursday, May 30. Along with the photo, please include their name, year of birth and date of death.
