Our Mommy & Me support group meets every Wednesday from 1:30-3:00 p.m. in the Maple Grove Medical Center attached to North – Maple Grove Hospital.
Class dates: May 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29. This class is for expectant parents who have not previously taken a childbirth class. It is recommended to complete this class by your 36th week of pregnancy.
This in-person, six-week class is designed for people who have a diagnosis of chronic pain such as arthritis, low back pain, fibromyalgia, diabetic neuropathy and other chronic pain conditions.
