Schedule a North Memorial Health primary care virtual visit
Speak with a provider in real time in a virtual visit to assess your primary care symptoms and connect you with the care you need.
Virtual visits are conducted over video and are available for acute medical conditions, chronic conditions, Medicare annual wellness visits and more. Virtual visits are available five days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with select North Memorial Health Clinic family medicine or internal medicine providers.
To participate in a virtual visit, you will need the following:
- Access to the internet from a private/secured source
- A home computer or mobile device
- Camera and microphone on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone)

Additionally, you must be a current North Memorial Health patient, age 12 or over, who will be in Minnesota at the time of your visit.
