We know medications can be expensive and hard to manage. North Memorial Health Pharmacy makes it easier for you by offering specialty pharmacy services. We help you manage your medications so you can focus on your health.
For qualifying Cancer Care, Infectious Disease and Rheumatology patients only
The North Memorial Health Advantage
Patients will be assigned a medication advocate who provides personalized, coordinated care to fit your needs.
Your advocate can:
- Help get medications(s) covered and approved by insurance
- Find financial assistance when co-pays are high
- Coordinate prescription refills and renewals
- Confirm if you want to pick up your medications or have them mailed to you
- Coordinate with North Memorial Health Pharmacy to have your medications ready
- Work with providers about your medication concerns
- Connect you with our clinical pharmacist to help handle any side effects and educate you about your medications
Specialty pharmacy services are free for our patients.
- The North Memorial Health Pharmacy team will be working with your care team in the clinic. You will have your team’s phone number to reach them directly from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
