The Star Tribune has named Maple Grove Hospital its “Gold Winner” in the “Best Place to Have a Baby” category of their second annual Minnesota’s Best publication. Minnesota’s Best recognizes the best Minnesota businesses from more than 390 categories, including professional services, restaurants, and cultural institutions. Local businesses from one of these categories can be nominated by owners, managers, patients, or fans. Nominated businesses are vetted, verifying that they provide the service for which they are nominated and that they serve Minnesota.

Maple Grove Hospital’s experienced care teams have assisted in over 50,000 births since opening our doors in 2009 and have delivered the most babies of any hospital in the state over the last three years. Additionally, Maple Grove Hospital has a level three NICU where we can support babies as early as 23 weeks gestation. Families universally rave about the spa-like private rooms designed to appreciate nature and promote healing.

“This recognition is thanks to our amazing team members and providers who give their all every day for each and every patient that walks through our doors,” said Andy Cochrane, Chief Hospital Officer, North Memorial Health. “We feel a great sense of pride and excitement delivering the most babies over last three years in Minnesota. It is such a privilege to be a part of these life-changing family moments.”
