Dr. Carter doesn’t mind drawing a picture or explaining how a medication works if this helps her patients make a decision about whether or not to try a treatment or injection. She encourages questions, and sets a relaxed, non-judgmental environment for all her patients to receive care.

Dr. Carter is a native Minnesotan, and enjoys swimming, hiking, and trail running (very slowly). She has two girls that demand the home be well stocked with craft supplies, stuffies, glitter pens, hair bands, and lip gloss at all times.
