Childbirth and Parenting Preparation | Two-Day Class

Class dates: July 8 & 9, 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

This class is for expectant parents who have not previously taken a childbirth class. It is recommended to complete this class by your 36th week of pregnancy. This two-day, in-person class takes place on Saturday and Sunday.

• Challenge & Joys of Pregnancy
• Labor Process
• Birthing Options
• Cesarean Birth
• Breathing, Relaxation and Labor Support Role
• Newborn Care
• Adjustments to New Role as Parents
• Delivery at Maple Grove Hospital

A tour of the Family Birth Center is included in the class.

An in-person, five-night format of this class is available as well as our online Understanding Birth & Your Newborn course.
