Dr. Arnason emphasizes the importance of nutrition, fitness and work/life balance while including recognized standards for cardiovascular and cancer screening prevention.

Dr. Kalava is an internal medicine and geriatrics physician with special interests in dementia, fall prevention, polypharmacy, adult primary care, preventive medicine and community geriatric care. She believes in listening to patients, answering their questions and actively involving them in decision making.

Dr. Khan is the director of endocrinology and diabetes and has extensive experience treating disorders of the endocrine system including type 1 and 2 diabetes, pituitary and adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, thyroid issues, metabolic bone disease and more.
