Dr. Dikmen believes that having a strong patient-physician relationship is the foundation of good care. She loves getting to know patients over time and helping them celebrate their successes in and outside of the doctor’s office.
She welcomes patients of diverse backgrounds, those who love creative problem-solving, and anyone who appreciates a more casual physician approach.
Her clinical interests include gender care, HIV medicine, addiction medicine, sexual and reproductive health, chronic disease management, and preventative care.

Sibel grew up in a small farm town in southwest Minnesota but moved to St. Paul for her undergraduate studies and realized her love for city living. She resides in St. Paul with her husband. She enjoys walks or runs along the river, tandem biking with her husband, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
