Childbirth and Parenting Preparation | Five-Night Class

Class dates: April 23, 30, May 7, 14 & 21, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

This class is for expectant parents who have not previously taken a childbirth class. It is recommended to complete this class by your 36th week of pregnancy. This class is offered on Wednesday evenings as a five-night series.

• Cesarean Birth
• Breathing, Relaxation and Labor Support Role
• Newborn Care
• Adjustments to New Role as Parents
• Delivery at North – Maple Grove Hospital

A tour of North – Maple Grove Hospital Family Birth Center is included in the class.

A weekend format of this class is available as well as our online Understanding Birth & Your Newborn course.
