Childbirth and Parenting Preparation | Five-Night Class

Class dates: March 25, April 1, 8, 15 & 22, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

This class is for expectant parents who have not previously taken a childbirth class. It is recommended to take this class in your third trimester, completing the class by your 36th week of pregnancy. This class is offered on Wednesday evenings as a five-night series.

• Birthing Options
• Cesarean Birth
• Breathing, Relaxation and Labor Support Role
• Newborn Care
• Adjustments to New Role as Parents
• Delivery at North – Maple Grove Hospital

A tour of North – Maple Grove Hospital Family Birth Center is included in the class.

A weekend format of this class is available as well as our online Understanding Birth & Your Newborn course.
