Approach To Care
Meg Francois believes that strong medical care starts with listening and building trust. Her clinical interests include women’s health, acute care, and whole-person medicine, always bringing a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every visit.
Her training and experience have shaped her practice style to be compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based medicine. She values open communication and shared decision-making, taking the time to understand each patient’s unique goals, concerns, and life circumstances, not just their symptoms.
Patients choosing Meg as a provider can expect care that is attentive, practical, and tailored to you. She is especially well suited for patients who value an active partnership in their care and appreciate a provider who is approachable, thorough, and responsive.
She welcomes patients seeking a clinician who prioritizes both clinical excellence and genuine human connection.

Outside of clinical practice, Meg loves staying active, whether it’s running marathons or attending a Pilates class. Fitness is more than just a hobby, it is a part of how she stays balanced and energized on a daily basis.
Meg also enjoys reading, music, and watching sports. She loves getting lost in a good read, attending concerts, and playing the piano. She’s a devoted fan of the Wisconsin Badgers, St. Louis Cardinals, and the Minnesota Vikings and is always up for a gameday celebration with friends and family.
When she’s not moving, reading, or cheering on her favorite teams, Meg enjoys spending time with her partner, who plays professional hockey, which has inspired her in her own life to stay disciplined, dedicated, and focused.
Meg’s personal interests help her connect with patients who lead busy, active, or creative lives, and she understands how hobbies, wellness, and balance play a meaningful role in overall health.
