Dr. Flood’s favorite moments at work involve helping patients understand how their bodies work and to make informed choices that are safe and best for them. She strives to know her patients well and learn how their story informs their health, and vice versa. She believes it’s an honor to be invited into people’s lives at such vulnerable, yet powerful, times.

Personal
Nora lives in the Twin Cities with her young children and spouse. She cycles to work, enjoys her garden, reads a lot, and enjoys local parks with her family. Recently, she’s taken up capoeira, a Brazilian martial art. Outside of her work at North Memorial Health, she manages a cervical cancer screening and prevention program in rural Guatemala.
