Approach To Care
Katie is board certified as a nurse practitioner, specialized in adult gerontology acute care. She has a strong nursing background in critical care nursing which she has taken into her practice in the inpatient setting. She takes time to listen to each individual and help them to understand their diagnosis.
Katie believes in a holistic approach to medicine including healing the mind, body, and spirit. She appreciates each individual’s openness and honesty. She will take the time to help an individual feel comfortable with their care and decisions regarding their healthcare.

Personal
Katie believes the key to happiness is finding a perfect balance between work and life. She is married with two young children who keep her and her husband very busy and on their toes. She and her family recently moved to the West Metro area and are enjoying all the family activities, as well as, getting to know their new neighborhood and surroundings.
She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family at their cabin, fishing, swimming, hiking in the woods, and four wheeling. In the winter, Katie continues to enjoy the time outdoors, snow shoeing, skiing, or traveling to a warm location for a getaway.
